WARTON HALL STUDIO WORKSHOP AND CLASS INFORMATION
GARDEN WALKS
These open days are for all ages, we offer the opportunity to wander in the garden on your own or with your children and grand children. Explore the paths and nature in the birdhide, watch the wildlife making their homes in the woodland, find out about sculpture and art installations that tell their different stories. There are drawing boards and pencils to be creative together or just sit and enjoy a drink and a piece of homemade cake. The garden changes with the seasons, the weather makes for exciting changes and the chance to find the child in you again. Warton Hall is a place to meet new friends.
MEDITATION MORNINGS AND WALKS
DURING THE OPEN GARDENS
Early morning led meditation in the woodland. Bring a mat, blanket and warm clothes if we are early enough we may see the sun rise.
There are also Meditation sessions with guided walks for those who would like to join me in a meditation in harmony with the natural world. Spend time in the beautiful gardens of Warton Hall, find your inner peace.
Gardens every where are a place of healing, they uplift the spirit and share their energy and harmony with our own true nature. Join us as we observe the changing seasons with mindful practices like ‘walking the right path’, ‘healing rain drops’, ‘seeing my reflection’. Good company and laughter, a cup of tea and a slice of cake, the simple things in life. These mornings may also be spent in quiet contemplation and rest, this is just what we need some days and other days we add a little creativity and play.
These classes run at different times of the year, if you are interested please email: nicci_thompson@hotmail.co.uk
